ROTINGER continues its expansion in Europe – Automechanika 2024 summary

The article comes from the website warsztat.pl. October 2024.

The Automechanika Frankfurt trade fair is one of the most important events in the aftermarket sector. Being present in Germany is a very good opportunity to present the latest product lines and plans for the future. ROTINGER indicated the directions of the company’s development and new references available this year!

The automotive industry is changing before our eyes, which is why the aftermarket must adapt to upcoming and current trends. Electromobility, efficiency and ecology are the main directions of development for ROTINGER. Therefore, during the week of meetings in Frankfurt, business partners could see the latest references prepared for services and individual customers.

Brake discs for cars from overseas

Central and Eastern Europe is looking more and more boldly towards the American market. Although the European Union imposes restrictive exhaust emission standards on car manufacturers, which makes it difficult to maintain engines with six or eight cylinders in the model range, individual import of cars from overseas is developing.

The US dollar exchange rate against the Polish złoty is primarily beneficial. At this point, it is worth mentioning that almost all cars imported to Europe from the US are damaged. Therefore, bodywork intervention or replacement of suspension and brake system components are standard.

In the past, American motoring was associated with large engine capacity and considerable curb weight. Over the years, the difference in weight between cars in America and Europe has decreased. Of course, in the States you can find real giants that look more like trucks than family SUVs.

However, the majority of imports are sporty and sports cars, such as the Ford Mustang. Very fast on a straight road and also efficient in corners, designs need an efficient braking system. Therefore, ROTINGER’s offer includes brake discs for the Mustang Convertible and Mustang Coupe models. ROTINGER offers brake discs that are not only of high quality, but also adapted to the specific needs of these vehicles. In the case of the Mustang Convertible 2.3 EcoBoost and 5.0 V8 models, as well as for the Mustang Coupe 2.3 EcoBoost, these discs ensure optimal heat dissipation, minimize the risk of deformation and guarantee a long service life and durability.

ROTINGER – brake discs for electric cars

In addition to the exciting engines straight from American muscle cars, electric cars are a growing part of the aftermarket. In this segment, Tesla is leading the way, offering relatively affordable new and used battery-powered models. That is why ROTINGER has expanded its offer to include brake discs for the most popular Tesla models: Model 3, Model S, and Model Y.

An even richer range of ROTINGER brake pads

A brake system is more than just discs, which is why ROTINGER is also working on developing its range of brake pads. In this area, the Automechanika Frankfurt trade fair was also full of announcements and novelties. Customers can expect more references in premium quality. Where high performance and efficiency in all conditions are at a world-class level.

The jewel in the crown among ROTINGER brake pads are the references from the HighPerformance line. Presented for the first time at this year’s Automechanika Frankfurt. This is a proposition for all those who approach the subject of the braking system uncompromisingly. HighPerformance draws on experience in motorsport, while maintaining usability in everyday use. This is an optimal compromise between performance and the highest level of safety, and the longevity of brake pads. Customers can buy HighPerformance brake pads as early as spring 2025.

Elena Zaniol with ROTINGER

Motorsport is close to the ROTINGER brand, so the presence of these products in various categories is obvious. The company, valued on the Old Continent, supports Elena Zaniol. The competitor from the Apennine Peninsula is called the queen of Italian drifting. An efficient braking system is also important in spectacular sideways driving. The speed at which cars built for drifting overcome bends requires the use of brake discs and pads adapted to work in extreme conditions. Thanks to this, ROTINGER has a unique opportunity to benefit from the experience provided by motorsport.

The well-thought-out development strategy of the ROTINGER brand is once again giving very good results. We are entering the last quarter of the year with a stable situation in terms of the product range, as well as plans for the future. Presence at the Automechanika Frankfurt trade fair is always a distinction and at the same time an opportunity to show the best of ROTINGER. The entire team has done everything to adapt to new trends in the automotive sector. One of these areas is certainly electromobility. On behalf of the entire company, I would like to thank you for every meeting, exchange of experiences and words of support that we received in Frankfurt from our business partners. It means a lot to us and is fuel for further development,“ summarizes Bartłomiej Kolbusz – CEO of ROTINGER„.
